About the job:
- Researches, develops, and collaborates on regulatory analyses.
- Performs research and offers advice on patient care, HIPAA, EMTALA, etc.
- Drafts contracts and supports policy/procedure drafting.
Minimum qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active licensure with a State Bar, ability to obtain NH licensure within a year.
- Three to five years of experience with legal writing and communication skills.
