Job Description
Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and champion a holistic, long-term marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Define the company's unique value proposition (UVP) and overall brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, creativity, and accountability.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and initiatives to maximize return on investment ( ROI ).
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives (GEO, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and qualified leads.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, focusing on key performance indicators ( KPIs ) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Oversee the content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and multimedia assets, ensuring content aligns with buyer personas and journey stages.
