Job Description
Support customers through their journey with our home water filtration systems. Provide exceptional service by resolving technical and warranty inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through installation and maintenanceβall while creating a positive brand experience that keeps them coming back. This is a remote role with hours shifting to cover 8am ET β 7pm ET.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product & technical support, leveraging digital tools, handling challenging situations, and meeting performance metrics. You will also document customer interactions and be a team player.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced contact center or customer service environment, and a minimum of 6 months experience in a technical product support role. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.
