Job Description

Glia seeks a Senior Customer Marketing & Community Manager to develop and expand programs showcasing customer stories, voices, and expertise. This role involves building customer advocacy, creating case studies and references, and shaping the customer community's strategy on Higher Logic/Vanilla and SlapFive. The position requires working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop a long-term approach to customer storytelling, reference management, and community engagement. Responsibilities include building & managing a customer story pipeline (case studies, videos, webinars), identifying & recruiting customers, managing approvals, owning the end-to-end reference process, and defining & owning the community roadmap. Additionally, the role involves platform administration & governance, designing customer advocacy journeys, and integrating community advocates into various marketing initiatives.
