  • Build relationships with developers, partners, customers, and influencers across the ecosystem.
  • Engage authentically in developer communities including Reddit, Hacker News, Dev.to, Discord, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.

Technical Content & Thought Leadership:

  • Create high-quality technical content including blog posts, tutorials, videos, demos, and sample applications.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for Nylas to contribute meaningful perspectives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into content that resonates with developers.

Developer Experience & Product Influence:

  • Champion the developer experience across onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption.
  • Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and community members and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the voice of the developer internally, helping teams understand pain points and opportunities.
