Director, Machine Learning Engineering - Home

Spotify is seeking a Director of Engineering to join its Personalization Mission to build and surface the best listening experiences. In this role, you will manage 7 engineering managers and support a highly engaged team to deliver against goals during high growth. You will develop people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and management support. You will create strategic alignment with stakeholders and product management, drive tech strategy, and translate strategy to actionable execution plans. The ideal candidate has led large-scale consumer products and is familiar with consumer-facing data and Machine Learning-driven products.
