Role Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A and strategic finance decisions to support PostHog's ambitious growth trajectory.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and revenue recognition across all products.

Requirements:
- Requires 10+ years of SaaS finance experience, preferably in a dev tool company scaling beyond $100M ARR.
- Must have been the #1 or #2 finance leader, with hands-on execution and playbook creation skills.
- Nice to have multi-entity experience, remote-first background, and willingness to travel monthly.
