Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project by designing, implementing, and supporting CXone solutions tailored to dynamic business needs. The candidate should be available to work during European business hours and possess strong French language skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the NICE CXone omnichannel platform, configuring and customizing CXone components to align with operational goals, providing expert-level guidance throughout the project lifecycle, integrating CXone solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Also, conduct user training sessions and prepare comprehensive documentation, share knowledge and best practices with the broader Operations Technology team.
