Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Natera’s chat automation initiatives and AI-powered conversational features.
- Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities across patient, provider, and internal support journeys.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, launching, and scaling chat automation or conversational AI products.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational design patterns, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
