About the role:
- Lead developer experience and growth for Twilio’s RCS and SMS products.
- Shape APIs that power global engagement with billions of people.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twilio’s SMS and RCS APIs.
- Lead the evolution of our messaging platform.
- Drive experimentation through betas and A/B tests.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of how B2B and large enterprises operate.
- Experience in APIs or platform products.
