Job Description

As the Director, Global Creative Project Management, you will be part of the global creative team working as a remote employee. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives across all global markets. This role ensures the seamless execution of creative projects, campaigns, and deliverables, aligning cross-functional teams and resources to meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Director will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and implement best practices to support the creative vision and brand strategy on a global scale. You will also get to lead and manage a team of project managers and producers across multiple regions, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global creative projects, including campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and digital content. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for global project status, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and optimizing workflows. Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and market-specific needs. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the global creative project management team.
