About the Role:
- Own the day-to-day execution of Tava Health's delegated credentialing program.
- Partner with internal teams and delegated entities to maintain compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee payer delegation activities, including readiness reviews and annual audits.
- Lead Credentialing Committee meetings and maintain audit-ready records.
- Support credentialing for Nurse Practitioners and group practices.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of credentialing experience with at least 2 years in delegated credentialing.
- CPCS certification and familiarity with CAQH, NPDB, and PECOS.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
