Position Summary:
- Report directly to the SVP of Finance and own the credentialing engine end-to-end.
- Scale delegated credentialing with commercial and Medicaid health plans.
- This is a fully remote opportunity.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Own multi-state provider enrollment across commercial and Medicaid/MCO plans to drive down ramp time.
- Direct third-party credentialing vendors with clear KPIs and SLAs.
- Build and operationalize health plan delegated credentialing arrangements for audit readiness.
What Makes You, You:
- Deep knowledge of NCQA standards, health plan delegation audits, and MCO/Medicaid requirements.
- Adept at analyzing operational bottlenecks and automating workflows.
- Proven success building collaborative relationships with health plan directors and internal stakeholders.
The Basics You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment experience, multi-state behavioral/mental health preferred.
- Proven track record managing delegated credentialing processes and health plan audits.
- CPCS or CPCS-MS certification preferred.
