Senior Manager, Licensing and Credentialing

About the Role:

• Galileo is looking for a dynamic leader to build the strategy, capabilities, and execution of credentialing and licensing operations.
• This full-time, remote position reports into the VP of People and establishes baseline SLAs with targets for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end credentialing and multi-state licensing process, including systems, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee provider onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing credentialing, plus manage delegated credentialing programs and health plan audits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including supervision ratios and prescriptive authority rules.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of applicable credentialing experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing, entrepreneurial setting with extreme attention to detail.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and provider platforms (e.g., CAQH, PECOS).
