Sup, Credentialing, Licensing, & Privileging

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the credentialing team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee provider credentialing, licensing, privileging, and onboarding activities in compliance with regulations.
• Manage workflows, audits, and quality reviews to identify gaps and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of credentialing or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with credentialing software and Microsoft Office; CPCS certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills for managing remote teams.
