Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Payer Credentialing Manager to lead payer credentialing processes and ensure compliance.
- This role includes oversight of payer enrollments, managing the team, and streamlining provider onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process initial payer applications and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
- Manage credentialing databases and serve as liaison with payers and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise staff, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in payer credentialing, with 1–3 years in management.
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, Medallion, and Microsoft Office.
