New Licensing Senior Associate

About the Role:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Provider Network Strategy, you will support all licensing operations at Nourish.
• You'll work cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams.
• This role is critical for core operations, ensuring patients get care and dietitians have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S.
• Streamline licensing processes by suggesting automation or new tools and developing SOPs.
• Manage communications with providers and help track licensing metrics and reporting.

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, or healthcare operations.
• You are familiar with state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, or therapists.
• You are meticulously organized, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy building processes from the ground up.
