The Role:
- Lead complex, client-facing software implementations for financial institutions.
- Guide projects from planning through successful launch and adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and operational teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to resolve dependencies.
- Drive process improvements and introduce scalable implementation methodologies.
Who You Are:
- Have at least three years of client-facing implementation or technical project management experience.
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS implementations within fintech or regulated financial services.
- Strong communicator who can adapt messaging for executive, technical, and operational audiences.
