Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information, such as conducting literature reviews and policy scans.
- Prepare and assist with primary source data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys, organizing materials and contributing to content development.
- Participate in the collection and review of research and evaluation data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of experience or a Master's Degree in Social Sciences (Public Policy, Sociology, Economics, etc.).
- Familiarity with higher education and workforce development systems, policies, or programs, and experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative data collection.
- Experience with data analysis software like STATA, R, or NVIVO, and demonstrated content knowledge in workforce development or related topics.
