Web UX Designer

We're seeking a full-time remote Web UX Designer to craft intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences. You will lead the design of A/B test variations and product enhancements, using Figma to translate data-driven insights into user-centric designs. Responsibilities include designing user-centered web interfaces with a focus on CRO and product improvements; collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams; participating in agile workflows; ensuring consistency in design systems; interpreting research findings; and creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Qualifications include experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing web projects and design system proficiency, deep expertise in Figma, proven success designing for CRO, understanding of UX principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
