Role Responsibilities:
- Configure ServiceNow Platform solutions based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.
- Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
- Guide customers in completing required technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education.
- Hands-on experience implementing HR/General Affairs and SCM-related systems.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow and fluency in Japanese.
Work Environment:
- Operates within a flexible work persona structure, supporting distributed work.
- Must be authorized to work in Japan and able to travel up to 20%.
