Role Responsibilities:

  • Configure ServiceNow Platform solutions based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
  • Guide customers in completing required technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education.
  • Hands-on experience implementing HR/General Affairs and SCM-related systems.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow and fluency in Japanese.

Work Environment:

  • Operates within a flexible work persona structure, supporting distributed work.
  • Must be authorized to work in Japan and able to travel up to 20%.
  • Encourages creative, independent project management and complex issue resolution.
