- Own the accounting function across all family office entities
- Manage and oversee bookkeepers
- Assign work, set standards, and review outputs for quality and accuracy
Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities
- Review general ledgers and ensure transactions are properly recorded
- Maintain clean, accurate books in QuickBooks
Reporting:
- Lead month-end close across all entities
- Prepare and review financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and comparability over time
