Telehealth Psychiatrist

About the Role:

• As a Psychiatrist at Baba, you'll build strong relationships with patients and deliver unparalleled advocacy.
• You'll conduct brief telehealth intake visits and determine patient suitability for advocacy support.
• You'll work closely with nurses, social workers, and the tech team to shape AI tools.

What You'll Do:

• Learn Baba's systems and bring clinical expertise to every patient interaction.
• Conduct initial evaluations with patients who have behavioral health and advocacy needs.
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates.

What You Bring:

• Board certification in adult psychiatry and licensed in multiple states.
• Prior experience with Medicare patients and proficiency with EMRs and telehealth.
• Superior communication skills and comfort working with diverse older adults.
