Job Description
ZayZoon is seeking a Team Lead, Developer with Ruby-on-Rails experience to solve problems and create innovative solutions. The team lead acts as scrum master, mentors team members, and contributes to the technical work. They will lead a team of developers, run team ceremonies, and collaborate with the team PM to translate needs into building plans. They will also coordinate with other leads to architect new features, provide technical mentorship, and advocate for addressing technical debt. The senior reviewer will coordinate quality assurance of developed features with the QA team.
