Finance Process Architect

In this role, you will design and optimize scalable, compliant, and efficient finance processes by partnering with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Data, and GTM. You’ll lead systems evaluations and implementations, ensure rigorous testing and performance monitoring and document workflows and data architecture for our self-service business. The role will have a direct impact on building a strong operational foundation for Weblow and help to support informed decision-making by creating sustainable growth across the business. Partner with the finance, data and business application team leaders to architect compliant and streamlined order to cash processes and evaluate and implement new systems, with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency and internal controls. This includes robust testing of all system changes before they go into production and proactive monitoring of systems performance. Develop processes flows and document the data architecture of Webflow’s self-service business and suggest improvements to product catalogs and rules governing the data. Act as a trusted advisor to proactively partner with key business partners in revenue accounting, billing, accounting and tax to understand their objectives, processes, and roadmaps on prioritized initiatives.
