About the Role:
- Own ONNIT's innovation pipeline from ingredient discovery to launch.
- Bridge R&D and Brand with scientific and commercial fluency.
- Lead a 12-18 month roadmap for new categories and formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize ingredients and track emerging clinical research.
- Drive concepts to launch owning COGS, margin, and timeline targets.
- Co-lead go-to-market with Brand for credible storytelling.
