Staff / Senior Accountant

Your Role:

• Manage key accounting functions including revenue, accounts receivable, cash management, and internal controls.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Partner with operations and supply chain to validate inventory and costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 1-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite/SAP, and AI-driven analytics tools.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
• Eligible for 10% annual performance bonus.
