Serve as a force multiplier to our Chief Operating Officer. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive enablement—ensuring enterprise goals are met, KPIs are tracked, and operational excellence is consistently delivered. This individual will work side-by-side with the COO—attending critical meetings, owning operational priorities, connecting dots across the enterprise, and codifying the systems that drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver on business outcomes.
As the Operations Lead, responsibilities will span across five main areas: operational enablement, meeting & information management, cross-functional communication & coordination, enterprise insight & foresight, and executive administrative support. The Operations Lead will partner with the COO to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the LTSE enterprise. They will monitor and report on enterprise-wide KPIs, goals, and OKRs, proactively identifying risks or delays. In addition, they will also coordinate meeting logistics, calendaring, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs as needed.
