Backend Developer

The Connect Team is one of the backend teams in our technical area, consisting of 17 people organized into 4 areas, each focused on specific parts of the product. We are looking for a mid-level person with experience in backend development (PHP or Java) who wants to grow by working with a large and complex product. You will work on a mature monolith, which we are gradually evolving towards a more modular and scalable architecture. You will write and improve new product features (40%), deal with advanced support, tackling real and functional bugs (40%) and actively participate in the technical growth of the team: refactoring, continuous comparison, sharing of best practices (20%).
