Head of New Ventures

The Head of New Ventures is the leader responsible for bringing our “0 to 1” efforts to life. The New Ventures team is responsible for the ideation and incubation of new ideas and makes bold new bets that will unlock the next stage of growth for Thumbtack. Partnering with internal and external partners across a variety of teams and verticals, the team is focused on creating value for our customers, Pros, and our Partners, and work relentlessly to meet all of our users wherever they are in their homeownership/property management journey. As a GM you will lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, incubation, and delivery of new bets, as well as identify new bets and commercial opportunities that will unlock incremental growth for Thumbtack. Additionally, you will acquire and collaborate with external partners to deliver net new growth opportunities and partner closely with internal teams to build and deliver innovative new products and capabilities outside of our core experience.
