Job Description
This pivotal role supports Client Finance leads, helping to run the day-to-day fiscal management of a division of Real Chemistry and assisting in revenue reporting and forecasting. You will maintain client project financials, including project set up, budget management, revenue rule set up and maintenance. Assist in preparing invoicing trackers and financial health reporting. Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure timely client billing and compliance with client contractual agreements. Manage and organize SOW/PO documentation for audit compliance. Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections. Support Finance Managers and Directors on an ad hoc basis as needed.
