DevOps and Infra Engineer

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven coaching platform. As we grow our user base and expand upmarket, we need someone who can architect and maintain robust, scalable systems that support our complex data pipelines, multiple LLM integrations, and real-time coaching experiences. You'll join our small-but-mighty engineering team and be the primary architect of our infrastructure strategy, working closely with our AI and product engineers to ensure our platform can scale efficiently while maintaining high availability and security. Design and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions, scale and optimize our data infrastructure, and build robust CI/CD pipelines. Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability and ensure security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with infrastructure-as-code, scaling database and event streaming systems, and modern DevOps tooling.
