Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and cost plans.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost checks.
- Contribute to benchmarking efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience preparing estimates for large-scale construction programs.
- Understanding of construction cost fundamentals.
