Job Description
In this Senior Analyst, Configuration & QA role, you will be a strategic partner in scaling and optimizing Maven’s core business platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Configuration & QA, you will own complex configuration and reporting initiatives, ensuring systems function reliably and meet evolving client needs.
With a focus on quality, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration, you will proactively identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot nuanced issues, and help implement solutions that drive consistency and long-term value. You will independently complete complex configuration tasks, improve QA processes, and investigate complex system issues. You will also get to establish audit scopes, generate reports, collaborate with product, engineering, and BI teams, and contribute to team improvements. The role also involves using tools to manage work and generate insights.
