Role Overview:
- Full-time remote nearshore opportunity for a U.S. based client in the CRO industry.
- Contract type: Independent Contractor with gross monthly payment based on hourly rate.
- Duration: 6 months initially, renewable annually based on performance.
Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps.
- Experience in the CRO industry supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences companies.
Location Requirements:
- MUST BE located in Central or South America.
- Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 to C1/C2).
- Candidates located in the Caribbean, Central, and South America only.
