Solutions Architect – Dynamics 365 F&O

Responsibilities:

• Shape the future of the global ERP ecosystem, designing scalable and secure architecture across a complex, multi-region environment as the company expands.
• Lead end-to-end architectural planning, including data flow, integrations, and the balance between global templates and country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, business process leads, and developers to translate requirements into sound architectural decisions.
• Guide integration of third-party ISVs and provide technical leadership during implementation, including code reviews and design standards.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization.
• 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including full functional coverage and multi-country implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Enterprise Architecture certifications are preferred.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultural boundaries and a globally distributed team.
