Functional Consultant (ERP Implementations)

Responsibilities:

• Define customer requirements and agree them with the customer.
• Learn, articulate, configure, and design solutions for customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in ERP implementations.
• Business Analysis ability to capture and document requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Required Education and Experience:

• Relevant post-secondary qualification in business administration or Information Technology Systems.
• ERP Functional Certifications.
• Experience in defining requirements and creating solution designs.
