Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and gather functional requirements
Conduct workshops and interviews to identify user needs and possible customizations
Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user documentation

What We Look for in You:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
