Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer – DB2 Physical

Provide premium software support and services to Ensono mainframe clients as they relate to Mainframe DB2 systems. Position reports to Manager – Mainframe Database. Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner as they pertain to DB2 and related OEM software products. Provide primary upgrade support for DB2 and products related to DB2. Follow procedures for installing OEM software products efficiently and according to best practices and Ensono standards (for productivity/scalability). Assist in the onboarding of new Ensono clients with respect to DB2 and related OEM software products. Adhere to a schedule that efficiently manages resources and allows timely implementations. Extensive experience with the recent installation and customization of DB2 subsystems and in troubleshooting and solving of DB2 System database issues.
