Responsibilities:
- Be available for on-call overnight shifts within part-time hours and serve as the initial contact for after-hours calls.
- Conduct phone assessments to evaluate potential clients' needs and coordinate with teams for care continuity.
- Proactively address family questions and document interactions in Salesforce CRM to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales, with healthcare experience as a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills, with proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Maintain a calm and professional presence in stressful situations and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
