Global Head of Application Services

This is a Leadership role and is responsible for managing the overall Application Services Business Globally for Rackspace Public Cloud. Driving business around Application Migration, Modernization, Cloud Native Development and Support. This is an extremely critical role with the responsibility of building Services Business for Enterprise customers – grounds up. The primary function of this role is to build and run a profitable business with Sales, Solutioning and Delivery responsibility. Partnering with field sales team building and growing the Applications Services business across the Globe. Key Responsibilities include building the applications services Business Unit for Rackspace Globally and growing the business around Application Migration, Modernization, Development and support. The role is a P&L leader for Applications Services with responsibility for revenue, margin, and utilization targets. Duties encompass delivering against a clear business plan, leading growth of Application Services globally, actively participating in presales activities, delivering engagements successfully with high customer satisfaction, partnering with Hyperscalers, and managing a large team of architects, consultants, and Delivery Managers.
