Job Description
Strategic Vision:
- Develop and govern the EMEA event strategy.
- Prioritize programs that drive pipeline, account penetration, and brand awareness.
- Ensure regional localization, GDPR compliance, and cultural relevance across programs.
Event Execution:
- Plan and execute owned, sponsored, partner, and executive experience events end-to-end.
- Align cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to optimize engagement.
- Partner with channel and ISV teams to execute co-marketing programs and partner summits.
Performance:
- Monitor and report KPIs, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence.
- Lead post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and procurement workflows.
