Job Description

Strategic Vision:

  • Develop and govern the EMEA event strategy.
  • Prioritize programs that drive pipeline, account penetration, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure regional localization, GDPR compliance, and cultural relevance across programs.

Event Execution:

  • Plan and execute owned, sponsored, partner, and executive experience events end-to-end.
  • Align cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to optimize engagement.
  • Partner with channel and ISV teams to execute co-marketing programs and partner summits.

Performance:

  • Monitor and report KPIs, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence.
  • Lead post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget management, forecasting, and procurement workflows.
