Product Manager, Internal Data & Platform

Role Overview:

• Lead internal initiatives within SentiLink's Tech organization, focusing on data-heavy systems and foundational datasets.
• Partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to translate varied needs into clear requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives with a strong data focus.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data assets, ensuring scalability with evolving needs.
• Define and track success metrics for internal systems, such as quality, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, focusing on data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in big-data environments like Spark, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Compensation & Culture:

• Salary range $180,000 - $230,000 per year plus equity and benefits, including flexible PTO and a home office stipend.
