Technical Program Manager – Business Insights & Reporting

Business Insights & Executive Reporting:

• Own end‑to‑end KPI reporting, including metric definition, instrumentation, refresh cadence, and executive‑level narratives.
• Develop and maintain portfolio‑level metrics that reflect progress, throughput, health, risk, and value realization across programs.
• Produce recurring executive reporting packages with clear storylines, insights, and decision points.

Organizational Data Ecosystem & Backbone:

• Design how data flows across operational tools and systems into a unified reporting layer.
• Structure and manage the data backbone, including entities, hierarchies, mappings, and standards that enable cross‑tool reporting.
• Integrate multiple reporting sources into consolidated, scalable models, eliminating manual data stitching.

Dashboarding, Modeling & Performance:

• Design and build scalable Power BI solutions, including datasets, semantic models, measures, and reusable reporting components.
• Apply best practices for tabular data modeling, metric calculations, and dashboard design.
• Optimize report performance and reliability through efficient model design, refresh strategies, and query optimization.
