Job Description

Aircraft Maintenance:

  • Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components.
  • Verifies part numbers and serial numbers match documentation during installation or removal.
  • Requests aviation parts and supplies to maintain adequate inventory.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensures all aircraft maintenance documentation complies with regulations.
  • Corrects compliance or safety issues as directed.
  • Familiar with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Lead Mechanic in the absence of the Lead Mechanic.
  • Mentors mechanics within all maintenance functions and provides on-the-job training.
  • Troubleshoots and provides problem-solving assistance to outlying mechanics.
