Web Developer

We're seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our Engineering team. This role involves building and maintaining websites, web-based applications, and internal tools that support customer-facing portals, marketing initiatives, and business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant web solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the primary website and modern web applications, creating and consuming RESTful APIs to integrate services and applications, writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code and documentation, optimizing website and application performance focusing on Core Web Vitals and page speed. The position also includes participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives and working within Agile development workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and sprint planning.
