Corporate Controller

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting team and lead the monthly closing process.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and ERP consultants.
• Support purchase accounting and integration of new acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction industry financial practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executive leadership and operational teams.

Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction accounting.
• Prior experience in public accounting is highly desirable.
• Experience with construction accounting or ERP systems.
