Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager at LMI, you will lead a high-performing development team to craft front-end applications and design business logic that integrates seamlessly with RFID hardware. This role involves getting hands-on with customers, collaborating to solve bespoke challenges, and creating solutions that directly impact DoD missions. You will drive solutions by collaborating with DoD end users to understand mission needs and architect RFID integrations. Lead the build, guiding your development team through product design and agile sprints. Be hands-on technically, jumping into solutioning discussions with engineers and crushing technical debt. You will also connect with customers and own the backlog.
