Job Description
Paid Media Ownership & Growth:
- Own full customer lifecycle paid media campaigns.
- Manage large monthly budgets while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Monitor campaigns daily to identify trends and scale opportunities.
Account-Based Advertising:
- Design and execute account-based ad programs.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on target accounts and personas.
- Optimize messaging and creative by account tier.
Optimization, Experimentation & Analytics:
- Use AI to continuously test keywords and audiences.
- Analyze performance using attribution and funnel metrics.
- Translate data into clear insights.
