We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Content and Community Marketer to lead the marketing strategy for our workplace training content and learning management system (LMS) platform. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content and community strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
Manage the full lifecycle for existing customers within EasyLlamaβs Commercial and Enterprise customer base. Ensure customers are properly transitioned to onboarding and introduced to Support functions, are getting the maximum value from EasyLlama, and are aware of new features and offerings. Build a deep understanding of the EasyLlama product and showcase your strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges promptly and creatively.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business growth at scale, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close. You'll leverage consultative selling, influence key stakeholders, and navigate multi-layered buying processes in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires organization, storytelling, and communication skills.
